Camp Registration

Registration for returning campers will open on February 1, 2025
Registration for new campers will open on March 1, 2025
 

Step 1: Deposit

This will hold your camper's spot. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.

To save your camper's spot, you may send just the deposit or the full tuition ($690 total - add $24 processing fee for a total of $714 if using PayPal).

Send a $345 non-refundable* deposit to hold your spot.

Send via PayPal [add $12 processing fee if using PayPal for a total of $357] or a check (payable to Bristol Hills Music Camp).

Step 2: Registration Form

To be eligible, campers must be entering 7th-12th grade, and have had at least two years of music instruction.

After registration is received, all correspondence will be via email if an address is provided, so please check it often!

Step 3: Health Form

Due July 26, 2024.

NY State Health Law requires that an accurate, completed health history signed by a parent or guardian be returned prior to camp.

 

 

NO doctor's signature or physical is required. A complete immunization record IS required.

Step 4: Pay Remaining Tuition

A $25 late fee is added to any tuition payment received after July 15, 2024.

Send the remaining $345 for tuition by 7/12/24.

Send via PayPal [add $12 processing fee if using Paypal for a total of $357] or a check (payable to Bristol Hills Music Camp).

Please note:

  • A complimentary 2025 camp T-shirt will be given to each camper on Check-In Day.

  • Camp rules will be strictly enforced.  Please refer to the Handbook for a complete list of rules

 

*Cancellation Policy:

  • A full tuition refund will be issued if camp is cancelled.

  • No refunds will be offered for dismissal due to violation of BHMC, state or federal rules, early departure due to homesickness, or voluntary withdrawal.
